Bénédictine D.O.M.
Bénédictine D.O.M. is a French herbal liqueur that has been produced since 1863. It is a unique and complex blend of 27 herbs and spices integrating lemon balm, angelica and hyssop to create a rich, full and intense flavor that is balanced with sweetness and a smooth warming taste. The fusion of aromas includes a wealth of spices and fruits as well as notes of honey, butterscotch, oranges, cloves and cardamom which make this a pungent and enjoyable liqueur. Originally it was created and produced in Normandy as an elixir for monks to help maintain their work. It is a perfect and important ingredients in many cocktails among others Singapore Sling, in coffee or enjoy it neat with ice.
