Carlo Crivellin S.R.L is a Family business producing gnocchi, pasta and polenta since 1969. The company was started by Mr. Carlo Crivellin and his wife Fiorella and grew year after year thanks to the investments in new technologies, the careful attention to the products development and the scrupulous care to the customer’s satisfaction. Carlo Crivellin has four production lines for the conventional gnocchi, one production line for the gluten free gnocchi and two production lines for the pasta and gluten free pasta. Nowadays, they produce their products – both under Crivellin brand or private label – for the most important retailers and importers worldwide.
